Alastair Dobson, Taste of Arran

Alastair Dobson, comes from a farming background and studied agriculture at College. He returned to the family business in the mid eighties to help establish Arran Dairies where he is now Managing Director. He is also Managing Director of Taste of Arran Ltd.


Sam Faircliff, Cairngorm Brewery

Sam Faircliff, MD of Cairngorm Brewery for the past 17 years, is based in Aviemore in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. A commitment to producing quality product for customers who can also rely on them to provide a first class service has been their charter from the beginning.


Mark Bush, Summer Harvest

Mark left his career in London as an IT consultant to pursue a new career in Food & Drink in 2007. Working off the family farm Mark now runs Summer Harvest Oils, a diversification project to add value to the farms produce. Mark's first collaboration project was with Wilde Thyme to develop a range of dressings.
